A Lake Ridge swim team is helping kids strengthen their skills. Our auto repair shop is supporting their efforts.
HomeTowne Auto Repair and Tire is a sponsor of the Lake Ridge Lancers. This summer, its members are participating in several meets.
“We appreciate all that the Lake Ridge Lancers are doing to help youth in our community become stronger swimmers,” Marketing Director Erin Jones said. “Swim team members are developing skills they will use for years to come.”
Local swimmers who are 18 years old and younger may participate in the program. To compete, they should be able to complete a 25-meter freestyle and 25-meter backstroke.The Lake Ridge swim team practices at the Lake Ridge Swim Club, 12640 Harbor Drive.
