Store Manager
Job description
The Store Manager oversees HomeTowne Auto Repair & Tire’s day-to-day operations.
Responsbilities:
- Supervising the Service Manager, Service Writers, General Service Technicians,
- Automotive Technicians and Shuttle Drivers.
- Addressing employee conflicts
- Resolving customer complaints
- Aiding the Service Writers and Service Manager with tasks, when needed
- Assisting technicians in the repair/diagnostic process, as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Auto experience
- Sales background
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Technological skills, including computer, phone and email composition
